This guitar sounds sweet with or without the amp. Beautifully sounded and the quality is 5 star as well. I enjoy playing this guitar, when you strum it and pick it, the sound is rich and rings. It also never goes out of tune, just plain worth the money.

This is a nice guitar for the price. However, the next Espana model up has a much warmer sound due to it’s rosewood back, which I purchased because this model had MANY finishing flaws. This guitar had an embedded finger print under one of the layers of clear coat, so you couldn’t buff it out. Other clear coat problems on face such as: dimples and puckering in finish, finish applied sloppy and on to fret board.
This is 2nd Espana purchased through Amazon vendor and both were packaged improperly. Extra packaging at ends of box to keep internal box from sliding around inside of big box, but NOTHING to protect front or back of guitar except two layers of cardboard from the two boxes. One guitar had 18 inch crack on face, with cardboard corragated abrasions on the back. The other guitar had a 3 inch peice of wood missing from the front of guitar, again due to poor packing.
